Http://Server_Name/Altiris/resource/resourcemanagerconsole.aspx?ItemGUID= or Http://Server_Name/Altiris/resource/resourcemanagerconsole.aspx?name= My question is can I use the IP Address ? and how ? I don't think this can be done : name and guid are attributes of Items (columns in the Items table), but ip address is not.
You can also use http://Server_Name/Altiris/resource/resourcemanagerconsole.aspx?ResourceGUID= If you use http://Server_Name/Altiris/resource/resourcemanagerconsole.aspx?IP= with or without an IP value, the Resource Selector is opened which will allow you to search for and select the resource that you are looking for.
But it will not allow me to search by IP(The resource selector will force me to search by name ) http://Server_Name/Altiris/resource/resourcemanagerconsole.aspx?IP= ... it will not work... Any help please... SAMI
