Hi,
Is there a known issue with cloning the Push Status to Children Automation Rule? With the out of box rule I've added a URL to add a comment, since I have a Validation Rule that requires comments when I close an incident. When I do this it works fine. When I clone the rule, it won't work. My Log Viewer is telling me that my comment Validation Rule is what's stopping it.
Any ideas or suggestions?
