bdub310 Status: Junior Altiris Admin Join Date: 12-08-2008 Location: California Posts: 21	Got it I figured this one out. The Automation rule works with the Inherit status from parent Incident Rule. If you clone and rename the Automation rule, make sure the new name is referenced in the Incident rule.
