What I use is a little tool called "Reg2exe":
Download Reg2exe 2.25 Build 2006.02.20 - Creates 'self-importing' executables from Windows Registry files - Softpedia



Basically, you extract the Reg2exe from the zip and double click it.

1. You should see "Register" and "Close" buttons.
2. Click "Register" and then the "Close" button.
3. Right-click on the target .reg file and you should see a context menu item called "Convert to EXE".
4. Let 'er rip! In a coupla seconds, you'll have a bright shiny executable, ready for a NS SWD task.

This little gem aint "Wise", but it'll do in a pinch!
