Axsched.exe refers to jobs by name, not sure there's a way around that (though to be honest, I can't check because I don't have access to a DS server at the moment).

EDIT: Depending on your configuration, it might be possible to use axched.exe to trigger a handler job of some sort, with different scheduling outcomes based on various input conditions (instead of trying to queue up the jobs directly). How are your target PCs arranged in the Console?
