I'll be there Sunday, as well. I'm doing one of the pre-conference sessions on Monday. Since the session doesn't start until lunch, I plan on thawing out!

I'll be there as well.
I'll be in attendance as well.
I will be flying in on Sunday too. Anyone want to get together for dinner on Sunday?

I'm game for dinner, but my flight doesn't land until 4pm. Not sure how long it will take me to get there, so we could plan for something around 7pm.

If it's the Marriott that I remember then the taxi ride from the airport is about 20 - 30 minutes ($50ish each way).

I was actually thinking that if there are a few of us all arriving around the same time we can hire a van.
I haven't booked my flight yet but I can try to see about getting in around the same time that Jenn does. What time are you getting in Jim?

If the wings stay on, and nobody mutinies because they don't have peanuts, the intinerary says 1602 hours (4:02 PM to you civvie types).

Alright, my flight lands at 1600 hrs local.
Sounds like we could all catch a ride together, check in then head to dinner together.

This will be exciting. I rarely get to land at an airport with more than one runway! (There is more than one runway in Orlando, right?)

Actually there is four runways and one heliport. Just think Jim.... I won't have to remind you that the green light means you have to jump out the open door this time.

I have to hang around the airport for an additional hour. My husband talked his management into sending him, too, but they couldn't get him on my flight.
We're still game for dinner, though!

Let me know how it works

This, in my opinion, is an open to anyone event. With that being said I looked at what the choices were for places to eat within the hotel JW Marriott.
It looks like the best choice (again in my opinion) would be the Lobby Lounge. The pictures make it appear that there is plenty of space (4 chairs per table) and the menu, while light, seems to have something for most people. I've included it here so you can make the decision for yourselves.
So lets say officially meet at 7pm on Sunday in the lobby lounge. Getting there earlier or late is absolutely fine. Bringing spouses, significant others, etc is not a problem either.
LOBBY LOUNGE MENU
Jumbo Lump Crab CakesHousemade jumbo lump crab cakes, cabbage slaw with a sweet pepper drizzle & Thai chili remoulade
Housemade Potato Crisps
Tillamook Cheddar, bacon crumbles
Wisconsin Bleu Cheese, bacon
Marriott Burger
Angus burger served with french fries
Blue Cheese and Onion
Cheddar and Bacon
Turkey Club Sandwich
Crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, house bakes bread, housemade potato chips or french fries
Tanglewood Chicken Crunch
BBQ and honey mustard dip
Caesar Salad
Cut romaine, house made caesar dressing

Do any of you guys know if there is a shuttle or other transportation besides a cab to the hotel from the airport?

I don't believe there is Ethan but you there is things like a Super Shuttle, Meers, etc.
If you're coming in on Sunday around 4pm you could catch a ride with several of us. I'm sure LordofthePatch wouldn't mind another person in the limo... or was it a helicopter this time?

Haha, thanks Nick. I won't be getting in until 6:15 unfortunately so I think I'll be on my own.
