Can't find application

Hi all,

I'm setting up Application Metering for different applications but I can't seem to find some applications when searching in the "Discovered Software Applications".

When I check the view AeXInv_AeX_SW_Audit_Software, there are several entries in there for machines with for example "Adobe Photoshop CS2" installed. However when I check the table Evt_AeX_Discovered_Applications, I can't seem to find it.

Does anyone now why this happens or how I can correct this?

Do you have theDiscovery PolicyDiscover and report all new Win32 applications executed on managed computers

this is under the solution settings, sw management, application metering, application metering config. This article migh help you understand how app metering works

Sorry forgot to mention that, the option is enabled and has never been changed. Thanks for the article, I saw it already but didn't look at it in detail. I guess that I'll have to go through the whole process to find out.
