Usage Report

We have a problem with the getting the usage report of MS Visio, in the console I can see for example:

MS® Office Visio® 2007 (12.0.6325.5000) 80 45 1 35

Installations 80
Usage 45
Usage Previous Month 1
Possible Surplus 35

When selecting the product to see the usage report I get:

Computers' Software by Software License

I've had trouble getting relevant information from the usage reports as well. A time back via a support call I was told to set up monitors for each application I wanted to track usage on. Also told to be careful abd leave as with with no start and stop events check marked. This was using version 6.1.32.
