Hi,
I'd like to retrieve network printer ressource (associated to Service instead of User) in asset field on helpdesk console.
unfortunatly, by default, only assets reach on user can by retrieve in this field.
Does someboby know how I can make a resource association from assets of a Service automatically to the users of this same Service?
