Carbon copy advanced console problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with the CC Advanced console not working on some machines. Basic console works fine but the Status screen wont display in advanced and the connect button does nothing -

Have already tried reinstalling the ActiveX controls. Some machines have this problem and some, seemingly identical, machines dont, it's weird.

Any ideas? Were using CC 6.1.2003

By saying you've tried to reinstall the ActiveX controls, do you mean all the .cab's? If not, you might try running the .cab installer manually on one of the affected machines to see if it helps.

Thanks for your response Jim.

It was the CAB installer package that I used to reinstall the activeX controls. No luck.

The cabinstaller doesnt' have the active X controls for Carbon Copy. Anybody know if there is an installer for them?
