create images job still running after being deleted

Hi there,

I've just come across a strange issue. I am trying to create an image for a new laptop and have created Linux pre-boot based create image job to do it.

Now the Linux pre-boot didn't work for some reason [have had this issue with certain machine types] so I want to create a new DOS based pre-boot job so I deleted the Linux job and indeed the laptop from altiris so I can get the pre-boot choice when I turn on the laptop so I can select dos-preboot.

The thing is when I turn on the laptop it still booting into Linux pre-boot and tries to create the job using the original Linux job which I have now deleted – the job still seems to be running somehow!

Does anyone know how I can stop this happening?

The Aclient isn't installed on the laptop and isn’t showing in the DS.
