How do you get the new DS Console???
Hi there...
I know you can download the new version of Deployment "solution" (version 6.9) from solutionsam or inside NS, but how do you get the new version of the DS Console?
It obviously seems that the DS "Solution" refers to ONLY the DS component inside NS and does NOT include an upgrade of the DS Console... right??
If so, how do you get the new version of the DS console? I currently have version 6.8 of the console.

I already have the latest version of the Deployment Solution (version 6.9)

Downloading from SolutionSam or from inside NS only updates the NS integration with DS. You have to download and install the stand alone DS to upgrade the consoles and the eXpress database.
From Dom's message, you need to download the first item, Deployment Solution for Clients.

From the download you already installed you do a "Component Install". It will ask you for the location of the Express share. Then it will allow you to select the component you want to install, in this case just select "remote console" I believe.

Configuring WinPE with bootdisk creator
Can you lead me in the right direction to configuing Winpe with bootdisk creator for PXE? I'm unable to get it to mapp the drive correctly. I'm getting an IP address. I think the syntax I'm using to map the drive is incorrect.

This is what I had to do to get it to map a drive
I had to modify mapdrv.bat manually that's located here \\servername\eXpress\PXE\MasterImages\MenuOption13 1\BDC\shared and then regenerate my winpe image. For what ever reason it wouldn't modify it correctly with bootdisk creator. I'm running 6.9 SP1. I'm also unable to update my nic drivers with SP1 for WinPE only. There is a KB that say I need to upgrade to SP2 in order to update my drivers. That stinks. Below is what I had to do to my mapdrv.bat file in order for it to map a drive correctly
LOGINW -c servername:altirism.pwl -d domain
net use F: " \\servername\express" /yes <nul |
