Cannot Wake-Up computers

We recently upgraded DS from 6.8 to 6.9, since that time, I have been unable to use the Power Control to wake up PC's. Restart, shutdown and logoff all seem to be working correctly.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Which 6.9 version are you using? 164? 174? 176?

We are at DS 6.9 Build 179.

Thanks for the KB article, but the work around that it suggests is part of the problem we are having. If we right click on the computer, go to Power Control and click on wake-up, the system doesn't respond; the other options, shut down, reboot, log off do respond correctly.
