Machine status in collections

Hello all. I am trying to build a collection to monitor my dept's responsibilities and would like to know if it is possible to include status other than active as we are rolling out new OS and have our collection in a constant state of flux. I have looked but cannot find the SQL query that gives status in the collection.

You might try from the NS Console:

Reports>All Reports>Reports>Assets and Inventory>Computer>All Computers

If you select the -All- Option it will show you the status and several other columns of useful information.

Nah, default collections work on the trait IsManaged=1

I have managed to build the collection pulling in the unmanaged (IS=0)
I just want to know how to access the SQL to pick up the status string
