image naming problems

We just got Deployment Server 6.9. We installed it clean on a new server. We have other servers with 6.5. I am testing on the 6.9 and it seems to not like image names of 13-15 characters. It gave me an error -99 when I used 13-15 character image names. Is there a setting or bug I need to know about? I got it to accept 8 and 9 character image names OK.

Version 6.5 will easily take large image names with letters, numbers and caps. I dont' know what the limit is with 6.9. Can anyone shine a light on this for me?

DOS has 8 character limitations. Does not like spaces.

I don't normally use spaces. I have tried 9 characters without getting the error -99. I have not tried 10 thru 12 yet. I create and deploy images through the console. My supervisor set up the server so I will have to ask him what automation we are using but I don't think it can be DOS because 9 characters with no spaces worked.
