How many of you use thin clients, I have some questions...
1. Do you have Norton Antivirus installed on your thin client, if you do, how do you do updates to your thin clients when there is a write filter on it?
I am assuming I will get replies that state create a job in Altiris to disable the write filter, apply the def updates, then re-enable the write filter....
Is this the only answer? I would like to know 'all' of my options....
I am wondering if Norton Antivirus while in managed mode is XP Embedded aware and will automatically take care of the write filter.... May be asking much, but that would be a nice feature.
Also, if you do not have Norton installed on your thin clients in your organization, I would be interested to know what brought you to that decision.
