Hi all,
i would like to know if is there a way, like IM, to comunicate between helpdesk workers.

Hi Frasco,
The only Instant Messaging like tool that I know of (for Altiris) is a third party one called DS Alert.

I believe bulletins would be viewable by anyone, though there might be some HelpDesk guru's lurking that know how to "tweak" the bulletins for just specific groups.
