Question New Worker - Access Denied

Hi There,
I have created a worker on Altiris Helpdesk but when he logs on he gets a message that says that access is denied. His AD account is working on all other systems.
What am I missing?

Thanks
Ian

Solved

On console version 6.0:
Configuration > Server Settings > Notification Server Settings > Security Roles > (Select specific group) > (Add user to Membership)

I'd like to know how to do it in version 6.5....

Worker security in 6.5

Go to View -> Configuration -> Server settings -> Notification Server Settings -> Security Roles.
Then make sure you worker is part of the correct group.
