Question Screen shot program to auto save to a location

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone is using a program out there that when you take a screen shot, you can set it up to auto save into a location. I am getting many compliants on how users have to save their attachments then insert them into Altiris Help desk. Any know a good way to go about this?

I've had success with Gadwin Print Screen in the past, though I haven't used it for a couple years now.

Does anyone include like a link in the footer of their tickets with a tutorial on how to do screenshots to attachments. We are going to be making the switch to attachments soon.

We are also looking at rolling out cutepdf the free version to everyone which will also work.

PrintKey Rules!!!

We use an application called PrintKey to do all of our screen captures, you can set hotkeys to do lots of different captures. Get Rectangle is the most popular especially if you run multiple monitors. It basically gives you a little cross that you then drag to capture the window that you want. I would highly recommend this application. Just search for Printkey 2000
