Helpdesk Incidents
Hello!

In viewing an incident, the 'previous' and 'next' is grey'd out.

How do I activate them so we do not have to exit an existing ticket to view either the previous or next?

from what I understand, those only show up when you're viewing it from a query

In the Incident queries, it's active.

Anyone else who might have a suggestion?
