Customzing some base components in console

Hello everyone,

I attached a picture of an example of what I'm trying to figure out. My question is, where can I customize these fields? I've looked around on my server for it and cannot find it.

I want to be able to remove asset from the list, or at least rename it to something that my users will understand better.

Hello everyone,

Basically I want to remove Asset from the listing of when a user generates a ticket request. Does anyone know where I can edit this so my users does not see Asset as an option to fill in?
