We have a bunch of macs in our environment. How do we enable users to submit tickets on the winuser page using MACs. What browsers\plugins\??????? work?

This is a known issue that has been addressed with Service Desk 7

You will need to create your own interface to support a non-Active X environment. There are threads in this forum about this topic ... specifically with John Doyle.
