Imaging a t5135 via pxes rdeploy

Capturing an image.

the HP terminal image size is 64Mbytes and it gets to 82% 40Mbyte copied over then I get this error.

I'm using DS 6.9 sp1 on windows 2003 R2 SP2.

     (Note: The volume is dirty.  Please run chkdsk/fsck (Ext2 volume on disk 1, start sector 82688).)
Possible causes:
     There is a problem with the filesystem.
Possible resolutions:
     Run chkdsk (NT, 2000, XP), scandisk (95, 98), or fsck (Linux) and try the operation again.
