Stuck & repeating Record update request from Client

I'm now at a new company and have taken on the roll of managing this companys Altiris Deployment Server as I did in my last job. From what I understand the problem I'm about to share starting happening sometime in the last two weeks. I upgraded the server from 6.9 sp0 to 6.9 Sp2 and it appears the problem is still occuring.

We get a server and try to throw an image on it and it states that its "Record update request from Client" then pauses for a few minutes and goes through the process again as seen by the attached screenshot.

Any ideas?

I've made a change to the DS server and now running WinPE as my boot option. I've saved that config and now rebooted the server to image it and its still getting stuck at Record update request from Client.

Any ideas?
