WinPE 1.6

We have noticed that when we use WinPE 2.1 on machines it seems to have issues and we end up rebuilding the PXE. I changed the automation to WinPE 1.6 and that seems to be a lot more stable. Does anyone know how to install WinPE 1.6 (WinPE 2005) on a DS with 6.9SP1?

Does anyone know where I can get the WinPE 1.6 installer? We are running DS 6.8

I believe you have to provide your own 1.6 media which would be acquired from MS.

I just do not know how to get it in the 6.9 SP1 DS.

Do you have the installer .exe or are you using a win PE 2005 CD?
