By the looks of it it's nothing more then DS6.9SP1+MP1 + a couple of hotfixes that are also in the latest HP RDP (KB45778 and KB45783), very specific these two for HP hardware.

We have just upgraded to SP2 but I cannot install the latest version of Deployment Solution for Dell Servers. The 3.1 SP1 version says it requires DS 6.9 SP1 and will not install on SP2. Does anyone have a solution?

There are combined and separate versions of DS 6.9 and the Dell add-in.
Also, the supp file is a separate download that you put in the same folder as the Dell installation files. The installation then picks up the supplemental data and puts it into the DS solution.

Yes DAgent was approved for use on XP systems as of 6.9 SP1. The problem is when you hit the ctrl-alt-del button on the top of the DS Remote Control window nothing happens. If you uninstall DAgent and install AClient then it will work. Altiris says they are wanting to use DAgent moving forward so I'm suprised this kind of a bug made it through! I'm hoping SP2 fixes this huge show stopper.

Your link actually does talk about it. (search for del and you'll find the line below)
kb.altiris.com/display/1/kb/article.asp?aid=43999&link=
Limited remote control functionality
"Due to security concerns, DAgent has limited functionality in Remote Control mode. For example, the Send File option (for Windows XP and Windows 2003), Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and Chat options do not work."
What kind of security concerns? that's so lame when AClient works. They need to fix this!

You're right, I only looked for fixes. I would make sure you subscribe to 43999 to help show to demand for this issue.

I just downloaded and installed DS 6.9 SP2 on a new server. There is still a problem adding drivers to the boot image. I need to add WinPE NIC Drivers for an HP Mini 2140. I clicked Have Disk and pointed to my driver and nothing works.
With DS 6.9 SP1, I had to install Maintenance Pack 1 (MP1) in order to get this to work.
Wasn't SP2 suppose to resolve this issue.
Is anyone else out there experiencing this issue with SP2. Thanks.
