Unhappy Clients not automatically appearing in collections after /resetguid switch run

Ok, first of all, hi to everyone on the forum. I've been lurking for a couple months now and found some great information so far.

So here's my Altiris problem at the moment (well one of many but anyway): a couple weeks ago I noticed that there were a number of clients (around 100) that were not appearing anywhere in Altiris. Not in my custom collections, default collections, not even in the Resources group which includes Inactive and Retired computers.

I finally stumbled access a KB article at Altiris's forums that helped me to determine that these computers all had duplicate GUIDs (AKB 3848). I followed the instructions and within a day the 100 computers were appearing in the All computers group. So far so good.

However, the computers won't show up in any collections I've created based on Active Directory membership that automatically update. I dug further on each affected client and noticed that it appears the AeXAgentUtil /resetguid command stripped the Directory Connector folder and information from the Data Classes.

Any idea how to get these back? All of the clients in question were imaged using Symantec Ghost, but their SIDs were changed before being joined to the domain. I've tried running various inventories and even uninstalling the Altiris client and reinstalling, no change. Our Active Directory Import runs hourly so in theory this should have automatically picked up several days ago.

Help?
