Inventory not reporting on x64 win2k3 server

It has installed (as Program Files x86) and the service is running. Monitoring solution is working on this server but the server doesn't show any inventory at all. I do not see the SN, Memory or any other details

Any suggestions?

Unhappy Not supported...

64 bit platforsm are not fully supported until the release of version 7. This will support 64 bit architecture natively.

There is are KB articles located here:Hope that helps.

Hi Palmer, i have the same issue, i see this post is kind of old but i hope you can help me.

Is there any way to take the inventory manually, exporting a .exe file or something, just to update the info in my server.

Servers in trouble don't change very often so this could help me a bunch.

Thanks in advance, i will be waiting

Best regards
