Anything on the NS logs? Altiris, IIS or httperr?

What happens if you put the URL into IE on the client machine?

Common Client error

I opened an incident with Altiris (now part of Symantec) and was on the phone with an Engineer for about 3 hours. Our main issue was Task server component was too much for one server to handle. Since we were not using it yet it was removed. I setup the uninstall of all the Task Server agents as well. ASP.net was re-registered. Our Policy update schedule was pushed back to 8 hrs. He recommended adding an CPU (VM instance) and adding memory to total 4 gb. He also recommended installing two more NS servers to collect inventories (we are using Inventory Solution) and forward to our current NS. That process is in the works. We are also increasing our space for database to grow. It is now at 100 gb
