Apostrophes in Application Names (Add Remove Programs)

NS fails to process the nse if the name of application has an apostrophe in the name. Example:

Sybase Software Developer's Kit 12.5.1 ESD 9

Error from logs:
Reason: This is an unexpected token. The expected token is 'NAME'. Line 711, position 37.

I was wondering anyone has seen this error or has a way to fix it. I would greatly appriciate it.

Thank you for your reply, but I have read those 2 kb articles and do not apply to my problem. The issue is with the apostrophe in the name of the application in the add remove programs. This did not used to happened until I upgraded to R8.
