NS Agent does not update

Hi All,

I have been away from Altiris for a while but have recently started looking at NS7. I have the Notification Server installed and agents deployed. I have updated some settings and when I try to force an update of the agent on servers it is failing. It works on the Notification server but other servers don't seem to be updating.

I am going into Altiris Agent Settings, click send, then click update. The requested time updates but the changed time doesn't update. Although it works fine on the NS Server itself.

Any hints or tips what to look at would be good, as all the settings appear to be correct. Inventory information is being recieved.

Please check the Altiris Agent log on the machines that aren't updating. It's very likely that you'll see an error message in there that'll give us a better idea of what is wrong. To make this easier, check out the Remote Altiris Agent Diagnostics utility.
