Remote desktop

Alright i was told that we have a Notification Server so i figure i post in here to see if i can get some answers. Alright have about 220 computer give or take and well we are the admin and the users are just plain users.. we have installed Altiris agent on the computers and recently we been getting complaints that some users cant remote into their computers..a simple restart fixes the problem but say three days or so go by and same thing happens again cant remote into the machine.. also if you try to log on to the machine locally pressing Alt Ctrl Delete enter your user info it takes you back to the Alt Ctrl Delete so you must restart to do anything on the computer...so if any one knows or has seen a problem like this or has maybe some clue of whats going on help would be really Appricated.

First thing I would do is eliminate the possibility of this being an Altiris issue. I've never heard of these issues (specifically the ctrl-alt-del) manifesting as a result of the presence of Altiris.

I would recommend uninstalling the NS Agent from one of the problematic systems and then see if they the issue is still present.
