Estimating Database Size

What's the rule of thumb for estimating database size? I'm getting ready to implement TMS v6 for about 2500 users. I'm planning to have a DS, a Helpdesk and Asset server, and a server that hosts the rest of the solutions. I'm assuming I will use most every solution in the suite.

For Notification Server based solutions alone, I would estimate 1-2MB per solution. The health check guidelines say 1MB per client, but I would at least double that for planning purposes. The DS and Helpdesk databases don't generally grow at anywhere near the rate of the NS database.
