Hi-has a solution been found for this error:

That sounds like a DS issue; this thread is about Notification Server SP3. There is a new DS 6.5 SP1 out though that may address your issue. have you searched the Altiris KB for that error? http://kb.altiris.com

Apologies about that.
We found a solution.
The Original DS was not installed in the default location to the upgrade files had to be installed to the same location.
