Hi,
i just came across the same problem. I installed DCM 3 (based on NS7) about 1 month ago and it manages about 1000 pcs. Now, the cpu-usage was 100% and the networktraffic between NS7 and SQL-Server about 25%.
I found that the table CollectionMembershipchanges was filled with 2 600 000 lines. After deleting all lines (except the one with the highest id) the cpu/network-usage is back to normal.
System:
* DCM 3 in a VM on a ESX-Cluster
* Dedicated SQL-Server (Quad-Core)
