Altiris Console 6.5

Using Altiris Console 6.5.
When I go to Configure > Console Settings > Web Parts...No matter what webpart I select, I always get the error as seen below. I can edit portal pages fine, but not "web parts". I've repaired the solution but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

You might want to check the IIS settings - I attached a screenshot - verify it exists, verify the access and the default page is
assigned properly.

Thanks for that info!
I verified I do have Console\Web Parts. Looks just like the screenshot you provided.
Which .aspx file shoudl I be looking at, and what should I be looking for? THey look Ok from a quick glance.

Also which version of NS Console 6.5 do you have... there are several KB which were out.... KB23784 is working fine for me?

Which solution did you repair?
- Deployment Solution?
- Notification Server 6.0 SP3?
- KB23784?

still no dice. exact same messages. I had run a repair on Altiris Console originally.

Altiris Console is working as you are able to launch the console, I would suspect a broken link between the Console and the Noptification Server which means I would do a Repair on NS + KB + NSSetup it could take a while!!!!

Do you have access to the Web Part withn the old Console 6.0?
Configuration Tab --> Configuration --> Console Settings --> Web Parts

I have an issue with only the Summary Web Parts (Location Summary, Cost Summary etc...) and it seems the redirection is failing...

I get the same error when trying to access the web part using the regular NS 6.0 console

I know this is a long time ago, but I am getting the identical issue. I am running 6.5 SP3+R9, and trying to add a web part through the 6.0 console doesn't help- same issue.

Did anyone have any resolution to this problem?
