Microsoft C++ Visual Runtime Error

Hello,
We are having an issue with the Altiris Patch Management Agent. When a user logs into their computer the recive the attched error, however it does not happen everytime they log in, it only has been happening on laptops. Their is nothing in the client logs and nothing in the event logs. Any ideas?
