Problem with Patch MS10-02
Anyone had any issues with this patch? We are seeing a small number of XP SP2(AFAIK) machines where passthrough windows Authentication on IE 6 is failing when connecting to a tomcat app server using NTLM. I remove the patch they pass through fine. I reinstall it and they fail. If they upgrade the use to IE7 it appears to fix it as well but IE7 is still not officially allowed to be used as we still have apps that dont work with it.
Update: IE7 does not fix the issue and it still occurs after installing SP3 on the machine. We are possibly going to switch the server to use either kerberos or NTLM and check the results.
