Report of SQL server edition

I was required to generate a report of SQL servers. The report needs to tell which edition of SQL servers we are running. I can only find SQL server version from inventory report but nowhere to find any information about SQL server edition. Does anyone have idea about it? We are running inventory pack for servers 6.1.1031

The custom inventory described on Symantec Connect does not work well on x64 SQL server. The task starts running but cannot complete. Any idea?
