Metrics Reporting Help
I am hoping some can point me in the right direction for help on metrics gathering. The canned reports do not give me anything good. I am new to Altiris and am trying to gather metrics that will show me the open and closed times and dates of tickets. I would like to be able to select date parameters. Other metrics such as Avg time to close, by technician and overall. Total calls opened by date range. Pretty standard desktop support metrics. If anyone could help me I it would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day and thank you in advance.
