How to filter 'Retired' or 'Disposed' Asset in a report

Hello,

Greetings.
Is there a way to filter out 'retired' or 'disposed' asset in a report?
The report should only show computers that have the status: 'Active'.

Take for example, while running the 'Inactive Machines' report, it shows computers that are inactive regardless it has a status of 'Retired' or 'Disposed'. Is there any SQL query that we can add in the report to do the filter?

Many thanks!

Regards,
CH

There is a built-in report called 'All Computers' that has the options to select the 'Active' status of a computer as well as the other status'.

From the NS Console - Reports>All Reports>Assets and Inventory>Computer>All Computers

my trick

My trick for this is to create the report, then when I have it the way I want it I will edit the SQL and change the references to vResourcex to vComputer since that view doesnt include retired systems...Give it a try
