Hi,
i have twice the problem that the ns-server cannot deploy the package i had made. The batchfile is correct and when i try it manual the program install without problems. When i make the same package for the dsserver the package works well.
Have you got this problem too, or is there a trick to run it with the NS-Server.

Do you have paths in the batch file?

If you do, are you using the "alternate download destination" on the "Advanced" tab of the Software Delivery Package?

You don't want any UNC or absolute paths. Everything will be run relative to:
C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Software Delivery\{?????-?????-?????-?????\cache

DS:
msiexec /I \\server\path\blah.msi /qn

NS:
msiexec /I blah.msi /qn
