'hd_work item_ comment' not online

Whe n I try to run a Backup on the AltirisReports or AltirisIncidents SQL DBs I get an error: the 'hd_work item_ comment' not online. We recently moved the SQL databases to a new server. Anyoe know how to fix this.

I am also having a probelm when the Help Desk (I mean Service Desk) workers try to do a search. They get this:

Full text catalog "HD_workitem_comment" is in an unusable state. Drop and re-create this full-text catalog

Thanks in advance for any help!

Since this is a SQL issue, dont suppose you tried dropping and recreating the index within SSMS?

I believe their is a GUI option to rebuild the index within SMSS under storage / full text catalogs.
