Hello!

As we speak with some members of www.altirisadmin.com, this is an introduction of "Wise Packaging for Altiris Deployment Solution".
This thread should be a community works.
So all people need information, all people who can give information are welcome.
We may have to organize us to answer in a special topic...but for now start with the \\Altiris_Server\express\Wise Packager Folder.

In the \\Altiris_Server\express\Wise Packager, you should find all this stuff.
I have Highlight some of them, the most important according myself
So this is 4 executable that you maybe will have to use one time.
/!\Important: This executable can and should be launch from the share DS folder /!\

The shortcuts:

1-WfWI.exe and 2-Wise MSI Editor (Anybody know a difference?)

This executable launch Wise for Windows Installer, this is the Home page. See a post above to understand how to use it.

3-Wise SetupCapture

This executable will be the first one used for repackaging an application.
It's the equivalent product as rapidInstall.
See more information above.

4-Wise Shortcuts.exe

I don't know what the use of this exe...when I double click on it...nothing happens.
